Goal: The multifunctional shopping center in this way had to be brought into harmony through the different requirements of the mall and tenant areas, creating efficiency synergy in the customer and seller dialogue, as well as architectural design and technical building equipment. The primary objective was to avoid overloading individual areas.

Solution: The development of the proposed solution was achieved through a dialogue among the participating individuals, in which diverse ideas were brought into a common consensus. The resulting versatile event and shopping space became an incredible enrichment in the Linz area.
