For the TNF Tower, built in the 1970s, the central supply systems have been modernized. This primarily involves the ventilation systems, which have been adjusted to meet the current needs in the laboratory buildings. The entire energy supply system has also been renovated and upgraded to state-of-the-art technology.

A significant challenge was that the entire renovation had to be carried out while the facility was in operation. Through intensive planning and coordination, this was accomplished with only short interruptions.
